Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
  • Customized, promotional, or clearance items are non-returnable unless they have quality issues.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service (hello@apargali.com) to request a return and provide the reason.
  2. After confirmation, we will provide you with a return address.
  3. You will need to ship the item back at your own expense and provide a tracking number.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The exchange policy follows the same conditions as the return policy:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
  • Customized, promotional, or clearance items are non-exchangeable unless they have quality issues.
  • If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, you may need to pay the difference.

Exchange Process:

  2. After confirmation, we will provide you with an exchange address.
  3. You need to ship the item back at your own expense and provide a tracking number.
  4. Once we receive the exchanged item, we will process the exchange within 10 business days and ship the new item to you.

Special Notes

  • Return and exchange shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless the item has quality issues or was sent incorrectly.
  • If returning or exchanging due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike or wrong purchase), the buyer must cover the shipping costs.
  • If the item has quality issues or was sent incorrectly, we will cover all return/exchange costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
